Process

Home renovation
and home remodelling projects process has a certain amount of design work that is required; mainly kitchen and bathroom renovations are the heavier parts of the design process. As a result, these are also the most complex parts of your home renovation project.

Design

Designing your home renovation project will allow a) for your personal characteristics to surface as well as your unique ideas b) it will help you make the right decision, when you’re choosing your finishing products. Home renovation design isn’t just a layout, the design is to know which direction you would like your backsplash tiles layout to be, or the way you would like your lighting layout’s to be set up. Moreover, the design process is a slow process that should receive your full attention as this is what “we will be building according to”.

Each home renovation project has stages of Design, Permits, Demolition and Construction/Building so, most of these stages only move forward at a certain speed. The home demolition process of any project will move forward with the blink of an eye but that Ludacris speed will slow down drastically once your project hits stages of rough-in, drywall and so on.

During the construction stages, ‘Permits’ alone will also cause projects to slow down or even go into “taking few steps back” to repair or bring up to codes and regulations of the current building codes.

Furthermore, the building stages of any project is a messy phase, we try our best to remember that you may be living in a part of the home as we renovate, and we will go above and beyond to respect your living space to make sure we have left it clean because we are Lerazo.
