Our Approach

This backyard garage/ guest home was a tear down and thats exactly what we did. We then had all decisions made and due diligence done to put together the new garage so we began with the process. With some delays we pulled forward and completed this custom build garage with a tiny studio, one side interior parking with other side guest parking with a beautiful cedar top.

Results

This garage turned out to be just what Jean needed to fit her new lifestyle into. She can now have her friends and brother visit as they please and have adequate parking and space.
